Heart to Heart sessions are focused on you sharing what pain your heart is navigating while I listen with love, openness, and non-judgement and transmute the energy your heart is holding so that you shift back into love, balance, and coherence.
I've walked with clients through the healing process ranging from a fresh breakup, infidelity, feeling stuck in their business or dreading their job, processing the loss of a child, pet, or loved one, and so much more.
And, as a Master Certified Coach, Master Usui Reiki Teacher, and NLP Master Practitioner, I create a safe, supportive, and open space for you to share and heal.

Leaving the session, I felt so much more at home and at peace in my body. I feel a sense of confidence in my ability to access my gifts, and also a sense of peace knowing it is all unfolding in divine timing.
I also loved how you helped me to look at leading from a place of love. I love this idea because it releases the need for approval and really removes any judgement. If they can't hold my level of love, I can happily let them leave on a journey to find themselves knowing I at least sparked something in them.
After getting some external validation that ____ and I are here together for a reason, it’s allowed me to take a different perspective of the challenges we have faced together. When I first decided to invest in our call together I was not to sure what to expect. I knew I had so many ideas flowing through me and simply needed to share it. I have a burning in my tummy about this idea but getting it down on paper can be harder then originally thought..
With that being said taking time to work with you was everything plus more. You were able to ask the perfect questions. You saw me and you gave me space to talk it out.
My biggest aha was the simple fact that I am an expert within the industry. It's funny to see how my mind tried to down play my experience as if I don't know what I am doing. Thank you for allowing me to see that my limiting belief was simply not the case!
